A Letter from Teri

Hello all, it’s Teri from The Phoenix. Thank you, everyone, for your patience while Elizabeth and I work on making sure the final pieces are in place for this transition. Everything is going along well, and I will fill you in on my timeline for opening the doors again. But before I do that, there is someone I need to thank.

For over five years I have worked alongside Elizabeth Frost, and it has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life. She has become a friend, a teacher, a little and big sister, and has helped me to find all of those things inside of myself. She has created a family and community inside and outside of the Phoenix and will always have a home here, wherever her journeys take her.

Thank you Boo. I love you.

As for my plans with Phoenix Rising… I have no plans to make any big menu changes. The food is great and it’s why we all love it. The change I want to make is in some of our processes. I won’t bore you with details, but know that my goal is to make our food available to more people in less time, while maintaining the quality we have become known for.

Thank you to everyone who has helped Elizabeth and I over the years, and I will keep you up to date on progress. We are close to having paperwork stuff all in place, and then I can bring in the crews to get us up and running again. It won’t be this week, but shooting for next Monday.

Miss you all and hope everyone is great!
